注意事項 Remarks：

1. 請於2022年6月20日前填妥意願確認書郵寄、傳真、E-Mail或親送本校教務處招生組，以完成通訊報到程序，郵寄者以郵戳為憑，逾期或未回覆者以放棄錄取資格論。

    Please submit the Letter of Intent with your signature to us before 20 June 2022 by post, fax, E-mail to cs168@csmu.edu.tw or hand in person to the Office of Academic Affairs to complete the process of confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your admission.

2. 錄取之新生，應依錄取通知之規定辦理報到手續，並於入學註冊時繳驗護照、經駐外單位驗證之畢業證書及歷年成績等相關文件資料正本，否則取消錄取資格；逾期未報到即以自願放棄入學資格論。

    Each admitted student must complete the registration procedure in time in accordance with the university’s regulations.  To register, he or she must provide the original copies of his or her passport and diploma (or degree certificate) which is notarized by Taiwan Embassy, Representative Office, or other organizations authorized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs for examination (original documents will be returned after inspection).  To delay registration beyond the registration deadline will mean that the student has forfeited his or her eligibility for admission.

3. 請注意：入學許可並不保證簽證取得，簽證須由我國外交部領事事務局或駐外機構核給。

    Please note that Acceptance letters or admissions notices do not guarantee visa issuance. Visas are approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Taiwan overseas representative office.
