In accordance with the resolution of the second meeting of the Overseas Special Programs Enrollment Committee for the Spring Semester on 2023/12/05, the following changes related to admissions are hereby decided:
1. Registration Fee Waiver
Brochure (Page 5) specifies that the registration fee is USD 80 and should be paid through "USD Wire Transfer." However, to simplify procedures and provide better service to applicants, the registration fee is waived for this year.
2. Flexibility Arrangement for Submission of Educational Credentials for Registration
In accordance with the regulations outlined in the brochure (Pages 3-4, 7-8, 11), applicants who have obtained a bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) are required to submit the following educational verification documents during the registration:
During the application process, applicants may temporarily submit photocopies of certification documents issued by the local government or educational institutions of the country where the degree was obtained. However, official verification of educational credentials must be completed and the original documents must be submitted for inspection by the end of the first semester after admission. Failure to submit the original documents for verification by the end of the first semester or the discovery of discrepancies between the submitted documents and the actual facts will result in the revocation of the student's enrollment.
3. Flexibility Arrangement for English Test Scores
In accordance with the regulations outlined in the brochure (Page 11), applicants are required to submit the English Proficiency Test Scores.
Flexible arrangements allow for the submission of English proficiency test scores to be supplemented and submitted by the end of the first semester of admission and registration. Failure to submit the required scores by the end of the first semester will result in the revocation of the student's enrollment.
